The Paganinian Festival of Carro, created by the Concert Society of La Spezia, subsidized by the MIC, the Liguria Region and the Carispezia Foundation and by the municipalities where it takes place, is dedicated to musical virtuosity, with particular attention to the choice of international groups and soloists which are inspired by Niccolò Paganini.
It has received the EFFE Label 2015-2016, a prestigious recognition of excellence awarded to the best European festivals and has become part of EFFE, a new international platform dedicated to professionals and simple enthusiasts who want to remain always informed about festivals around Europe.
