The Festival Paganiniano of Carro, organized by the La Spezia Concerts Society, funded by the MIC, the Liguria Region and the Carispezia Foundation and the municipalities where it takes place, is dedicated to the musical virtuosity, with particular attention to the choice of international groups and soloists which are inspired by Niccolò Paganini. It received the EFFE Label 2015-2016, a prestigious recognition of excellence awarded to the best European festivals and has joined EFFE, a new international platform dedicated to professionals and simple enthusiasts who want to be always informed about festivals around Europe.
